21st Century Parks, Inc. is soliciting REQUESTS FOR QUALIFICATIONS from selected Engineers interested in performing construction material inspection and related engineering services for the construction of portions of The Parklands of Floyds Fork, including Project 3A; South Beckley Creek Park & Pope Lick Park and future phases, including (but not limited to) Project 4A, as indicated on the site map.

Qualifications will be received until 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 16, 2012 at 21st Century Parks, Inc. 471 West Main Street, Louisville, KY 40202 to the attention of Joseph J. Daley. Questions may be addressed to jdaley@msrinc.net.

Questions:
Could you please provide the requested format of what you wish us to use in responding to this request? Do you wish to see the SF-330 format used with financial information, insurance certificates (to what value), KYTC Response to Announcement and our firms prequalification with KYTC?

Responses:
The response submittals may be in a standard KYTC acceptable format.  All firms responding are assumed to be prequalified by KYTC.  Six (6) copies of the submittal shall be delivered.

The submitted information should specifically address the items listed under the Evaluation Criteria for the Selection Process in the RFQ.
